    As part of your plan you have the ability to create a review request landing page that can be used to collect feedback. Simply send your customers a link to this page and it will automatically collect and post reviews for you on any platform.
  • HOW DOES IT FILTER OUT BAD REVIEWS?
    You can decide whether or not to send people to an internal form when they go to leave a review that is 3 stars or under. This is designed for you to tackle any bad feedback so you can try to resolve the situation. However, we do not recommend you do this.
  • WHAT PLATFORMS CAN I POST REVIEWS ON?
    We can integrate with Google My Business, Facebook pages, TripAdvisor, AirBnB, Google Play, Booking.com, eBay, Amazon, OpenTable and more. We also offer custom integrations for free.
  • WHAT ARE EMAIL & SMS CREDITS?
    Your plan includes 1,000 email credits and 100 SMS credits for free each month. These are used to send out review requests via the mentioned channels. WhatsApp and QR code requests do not require credits.
  • HOW MANY REVIEW REQUESTS CAN I SEND EACH MONTH?
    You can send up to 1,000 email requests and 100 SMS requests each month. WhatsApp and QR code requests are free. You can buy extra review credits as addons. Simply speak to our support team via email and they’ll guide you through the process.
  • WHY IS IT SO CHEAP?
